Marcus took good care of me as usual. My only "beef" is the cancellation of recall installation due to parts unavailability. The parts were available when my appointment was booked, but someone gave them to another customer. Appointments should not be made if the dealership is just going to give the item to anyone requesting it. It is very difficult to make plans.
